The menu at Orlando's features dishes that have been largely inspired by traditional Jamaican culture. There are a wide variety of authentic Jamaican dishes such as Jerk Chicken, Braised Oxtail, and Curried Goat to choose from. Additionally, we also offer a fusion of traditional Jamaican fare with Mediterranean and/or Asian influences. The Team at Orlando's Restaurant is motivated beyond the restaurant just being a financial venture. It is a journey founded in the belief of a philanthropist, a trail-blazer, a visionary, someone who had tremendous faith in his sister and whose faith compelled her to start this entrepreneurial journey- that individual, the late Orlando John Wilson.

Orlando's Restaurant is named in honor of Christine's late brother and the restaurant keeps his legacy alive by the perpetuation of the shared vision between the siblings and the offerings of dishes that the siblings enjoyed growing up as children.

The sharing of authentic Jamaican cuisine in a restaurant setting was a dream of Christine and one she discussed and shared with her brother many times before his passing in 2018.  After his passing Christine knew she had to actualize the vision. Orlando was the consummate businessman and his influence has remained with his sister.  

As such, Orlando's Restaurant transcends simply being a financial venture. Each day, the mission of the team at Orlando's is to provide exceptional food and service to their patrons, to be the consummate restauranteurs for their patrons.
